This is my Story
Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, like a lot of places not always known for its football reputation. I experienced firsthand the challenges of developing as a young athlete without access to the same resources available in traditional football hotbeds. As a young player, I often felt limited by the lack of opportunities to grow my understanding and skill within the game at the pace I wanted.
Thankfully, that passion for learning and competing never died, and after college I was given the opportunity to begin my professional football career overseas, where I have played for the past five seasons. Alongside my playing career, I have spent the last five years coaching high school football and privately training quarterbacks.
Throughout my coaching experience, I’ve noticed that the biggest separator among young athletes isn’t always talent or athletic ability; it’s their understanding of the game. Today, athletes have more access than ever to private coaching, skill development, and performance training. However, one critical piece is often overlooked: football IQ. When players truly understand the game, they play faster, make better decisions, and compete with greater confidence. That realization inspired me to create IQ11.
IQ11 was built to bridge the gap between playing the game and understanding the game, giving young athletes the knowledge and confidence needed to maximize their potential. My mission is to help players develop the mental side of football so they can think faster, play smarter, and gain an edge both on and off the field.

This is my Story
Growing up in Miami, FL, I was immersed in some of the most competitive athletic talent in the nation. When an injury cut my playing career short in college, I didn't step away from the game, I found a deeper purpose within it: coaching.
I was fortunate to begin my coaching career at a young age, learning from exceptional mentors while working with elite talent. That foundation led me to one of the most rewarding opportunities of my career, serving as Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the Barcelona Dragons in the European League of Football, before returning home to take the Head Coach role at my alma mater.
With 15+ seasons coaching across multiple programs and continents, I've seen firsthand that talent is everywhere but proper foundational development is not. Too many promising athletes are moving through the early stages of their careers without a true understanding of the game.
That realization is what inspired IQ11. Partnering with my former player and closest friend to build this program has been an incredible honor. Our mission is simple: help the next wave of elite athletes develop a deeper, smarter understanding of the game from the ground up
